In the Constituency
Over the last month, parliament has been in recess, but I’ve still been working on issues important to you around the constituency. Some of the highlights include:
- Hosting a Meet Your MP event and surgery to meet local people, offer support, and listen to what you want me to be prioritising as your Member of Parliament.
- Visiting businesses and organisations in our local area, including Highball Climbing Centre, the Sprowston Youth Engagement Project, and two dementia groups.
- Meeting with housing developers to discuss new built development plans, and ongoing issues at existing new build estates.
- Meeting with Britannia Road residents, County and City Council representatives, and the Police and Crime Commissioner to discuss the traffic control measures being implemented to tackle speeding and antisocial behaviour in the area.

This month my office handled 834 cases for local people. Please remember to email alice.macdonald.mp@parliament.uk or call 01603 733182 if you require any support with issues you may be facing – my office is there to help!
